ACA GIS server

At the current stage, the Web based GIS server in GAIA is still under development. Currently, there are three options:
  • View preprocessed global mapsets.
    These mapsets are thematic overlays of global raster and vector maps and display information on environmental topics such as worldwide temperature distribution, global vegetation, or global precipitation patterns.

  • View preprocessed country studies .
    Environmental and economic mapsets have been compiled for the United States of America and South East Asia.

  • Interactively create thematic global overlays
    Thematic overlays of a number of global raster and vector maps can be interactively created using GAIA GIS server software.
