WaterWare is a dynamic water (mass) budget simulation model.
it is designed to work (for a start) with minimal data and at arbitrary resolution,
so that the model can be refined incrementally as more and better data become available.
WaterWare represents a river basin (or hydraulically coupled water resources ystem) as a topological
(directed) network of NODES and REACHES, working at daily or hour time steps,
workin for one or a sequence of water years, or user defined shorter periods.
NODES introduce water, consume water, store, add or substract water, and introduce pollutants
to the REACHES, that reprsent open channel or piped flow.
