Chemical Process Plant TEMPLATE

The definition of an object class like the chemical process plants consistes of

the object TEMPLATE
the associated Descriptors that provide the link to the expert system and the default method for data update: editing and/or inference by th expert system
the set of Rules used by the expert system for the (optional inference.

Chemical plants are represented by a hierarchy of objects classes, implemented in HOT.

This hierarchy can include, as an example:

   PROCESS PLANT
      PRODUCTION UNIT
        PRODUCTION LINE
          REACTOR
        STORAGE AREA
          CONTAINER GROUP
             CONTAINER
      WAREHOUSE
        LOADING DOCK
