RiverBasinObject: Wells

They are primarily described by their HEADER and the hypertext description and imagery.

Attributes are grouped into topics and shown in pop-up windows that are triggered by BUTTONS.
They include:

1. Admin owner, and permit/licensing information;
2. Hydrologyflow/yield;
3. Construction basic design parameters;
4. Geology description of Lithology (basic geology, drill cores);
5. Pump Tests data on well pump tests (multiple);
6. Chemistry water quality, analysis of samples taken (multiple);
7. Links to other objects: please note that all wells should be linked to an aquifer object at least.

   Another optional link is to the time series of pumping or discharge data.
