Water Issues Questionnaire

The Issues Questionnaire are designed as an integrated part of the participatory optimization tools based on the WRM water resources model.

The can, however, be easily configured and be used for any stakeholder queries that can be expressed with a set of quations using a 7 grade Likkert scale for the answer:

The querstionnaires are selected from a list that be sorted by

• case name (arbitraty identifying string);
• a user name;
• the last modification date;
• the Institution the questionnaire originates from;
• a short (nick)name for the questionnaire;
• its number (N of M from the same institution).

The questionnaires consistent of a list of statements, associated each with a form for a set of predefined answers.
These can take one of the seven grades of:

1. I completely agree: YES !
2. I largely agree: well, yes ....
3. I somewhat agree: yes, BUT .....
4. Indifferent, no opinion: don't know, not applicable
5. I somewhat disagree: no, but ...
6. I largely disagree: NOW, however, ...
7. I completely disagree: absolutely NO !
