IDRO-1: Rainfall Data Analysis

DESCRIPTION

The program is a preprocessor of temperature and precipitation data for hydrological studies. It starts from a series of data measured in sparse points on the region of interest and computes total values, local and total statistics, values in non mesured points and other useful derived measures. Its result can be written back to a file for futher use..
